The basics: your available space (dimensions or a rough idea), whether it's indoor or outdoor, your preferred heat source (electric or wood-burning), how many people it should seat, and any design preferences. Photos of the space are helpful but not required.
Individual products take 3–7 business days depending on the product. The Full Design Package takes 7–10 business days. We'll confirm your timeline when we kick off the project.
Yes — one round of revisions is included with every product. If you need changes beyond that, we're happy to accommodate at a reasonable hourly rate.
Absolutely. If you start with a Materials List and later want a 3D Model or the full package, we'll credit your original purchase toward the upgrade.
Yes. Our deliverables are designed to hand off to any licensed contractor. With the Full Design Package, we're available for contractor Q&A calls throughout the build.
