If you can frame a wall, install insulation, and hang cedar, you can build a sauna. The electrical (heater wiring, dedicated circuit) gets subbed to an electrician, same as any project. The rest is standard construction with a few sauna-specific details — vapor barrier placement, ventilation, bench geometry — that I'll walk you through on every job.
Finish carpenters and small builders especially — sauna builds are good filler work between bigger jobs, and a typical residential sauna runs $15,000 to $40,000.
