This was the first project we completed at Tahoe Sauna Company — an 8×8 cedar sauna in South Lake Tahoe built around a wood-fired heater. The client was hands-on with construction, which helped keep costs down, and we handled everything from heater sizing and bench layout to ventilation clearances and combustion air planning. It holds heat well and has held up reliably in Tahoe's mountain climate.
